Way around the swear filter *for the admins*

Hi so im sure theres going to be alot of hate on me for this but if the admins dont already know then ill be surprised. basically in the PMs if you wanted to swear it wont let you HOWEVER if you put a \ after the first letter of the word the swear filter would not recognise it and the person you are sending it to would get the message with out the \

for example: (im going to use **** to represent my swearword so i dont get in trouble XD)
**** would be blocked but *\*** eould not be blocked and the person receiving the message would see ****

but also, like d12 said. yes, it sucks how people can easily evade the swear filter, but there isnt much that can be done at this point. if its really serious, an admin can easily gag or jail someone based off of how disrespectful and crude they are. all i can really say is, dont worry about it. By evading the swear filters with / or . in between letters just shows their low maturity level while playing a public game. i recommend you just ignore them. thank you for trying to help with this situation though.

Exactly. No game is perfect so really if an admin wanted to do something they could jail or gag the player. I don't think they could really permanently remove swears.

The swearing can never be avoided no matter how harsh your filter will be. You only make players annoyed by upgrading the filter. The filter is slowly taking our ability so speak. As an example, you can't say "mini game", "safe girl", "knife guy", "if u can", and many many more. The 2nd and 3rd one are even double filtered because it prevents us from using the word feg when it's not even the proper way of spelling the actual word.. Anyway my point is that you will never succeed trying to pevent players from swearing and will only annoy them by gagging them.

^^^^^ sometimes I have to use \ everywhere in a normal sentance to make it possible to say even when there's no swear words in it...
