That's quite interesting but after reading the first 2 pages, people had a whole bunch of issues uploading the GIF pic.
Not to mention you need to install either Paint or GIMP (he says GIMP is far better) to crop the GIF size.
Ok,
GIMP is not required. All you need to do is find a .gif file on the Internet and use this tutorial to enable the function on your computer to rename the file from a gif, to a .jpg file format

And then after that, you go onto Facebook and upload it from there instead of on your device. The reason you do it on Facebook instead of on your device, is because all of your pictures on your device are saved as .jpg as default.
