Frame rate detection is very redundant, some of my friends (average Joe's, not computer related at all) got jailed for it for no reason as well, it scans how the frames are going in the game and if there are CPU spikes you will get jailed.

You're more-likely to get jailed for this reason on unstable Graal versions or on Old devices (with multitasks) or new devices with a background thread running (not necessarily an application).

I'm not defending NJK's case, he may have hacked, but the detection system has to be resolved.
