But hopefully one of them has some knowledge of binary.

Cicada3301 is far more complicated than this, we just can't go on anymore because it is clear he or she has not finished making it, there is not much you can do with a tweet, I tried inspecting the element and found some weird stuff though..he probably though we would never come this far...
