John was fired for being immature and racist. He was a good scripter yes but was pretty much doing his own thing, I think if he came back he would try and ruin the server lmaooo. But gang wars was going good its a shame he was a nazi....lol

As far as I'm aware he wasn't approached to be staff again. He was fired for making swastikas but it was a part of a long running thing with him.
