Whenever a player is trying to USD, they get jailed. Pandavi was jailed. Why would he need to deserve any other form of punishment?

I can tell why you all are mad, upset and/or sad about this. But, Pandavi got the guild without breaking rules - that is what matters. You all claim about "fairness" yet I see somewhat which isn't quite fair at all.

Your right. but what your missing is, iPandavi has been trying to sell the gang for money, and in-game money.
This breaks one of the General rules, USD - any attempt to buy, sell, trade, share, receive or give away items or accounts in-game for any type of real money currency or gift card codes and vice versa.
This implies selling anything for money, is not allowed.
With all these "illegal activities" involved with iPandavi,
It is more logical, and "right" to give the gang back to the original owner of the gang rather than someone who who has been trying to sell the gang for money or in game items.

So? It could be illegal in game but I don't see how a gang could be taken away for this reason, if someone made a useless gang and tried to sell it and they got jailed, they would still keep the gang, that shouldn't change because some people are too sad to start over.

sK has fallen under a broken rule, iPandavi Tried to make fast cash off of sK. since the gang is in the top 10 it will fall under a different rule because it's was
interpret a scammed gang and it should of been deleted because it was being sold for USD. Thanks to Layerd, he did not delete the gang.
I believe Layerd won't pass the gang back to him because of the rules iPandavi has broken.

Hearts gave the gang to him, he attempted to sell it so they punished him for it, what rule states the gang should go back to hearts? It's no longer her gang no matter what contribution she put in at the beginning

Greetings! As you all know, Hearts Vandervoodsen is back. She is now wanting her gang sK back. Hearts has been inactive for a while, but that does still not mean someone can take her gang as their own. Please let Hearts reclaim her gang once and for all so she can gather all the old members that still are active. sK is a gang with memories, don,t ruin these.
