As far as I'm concerned the gang should logically just be handed to the most loyal/active sK member who's high up in the chain. I can't even see why there's been debate over it. It should not go to Hearts.
It's just a gang, regardless of its history.

The fact of the matter is that a staff member removed it from someone for what I assume is a good reason. The question now is 'who should it go to?'. In my mind it would be unfair to the rest of the gang to just have a lotto, or make players draw straws, to decide who gets ownership. It should stay with the sK faithful.
I haven't really been following this anymore than the start with pandavi etc, I assume that there's more to it than that because I can't see a reason for us to get involved if there's been a legal/above-board exchange of ownership. If the gang was exchanged freely and within the rules it should remain with pandavi. Again though, I doubt it was legal because if it was we wouldn't have taken the gang.

How is it fair if it just goes straight back to sK, when we don't know what they will do with it, possibly give it to someone again?
I say it should be given to the most worthy.

If we're assuming the gang was illegally sold, the gang should of course be returned the members. Why punish the gang for someone's failing to stay within the rules of the game?
If the gang wasn't illegally sold, it was perfectly within the rights of the ex-owner to give the gang away and we'll give the gang back to the new owner I'm sure.

From my knowledge, I saw that iPandavi had the gang after it was taken away, and then gave it up again. (Not sure if taken away?)

He gave it up. I think Layerd reclaimed it until the issue got sorted.
