its because the arcade makes little to no profit $USD or real money.

they don't want to reward you to play arcade games in the arcade to win guns that in reality you are getting for free, only thing you are *spending* is time, you pretty much get the tokens for free lol

if the cost of the games to play in arcade where increased in some way, the guns would be buffed and be better.

but they're not, so they do not care.

Execpt for the melees there also novelty but do a pretty good job at killing
