Who is the most annoying character on Era?

This guy, I have never encountered someone who is as terrible as he is at making sentences, I don't know whether he's making a point or just throwing a bunch of words together. He's like the epitome of annoying.

Don't criticize his English. Many people that don't speak English at a first language make an effort to use it well, including my self, my English can suck badly because English is not our first language. But I bet that my Spanish is better than yours, maybe because Spanish is my first language, and English is you're first language.
