Saw Reno by the bar at the docks a while ago. He says some time in the morning EST Layerd should be on to work on something.

The Dock's not finished, and the cat was kind out of the bag earlier. It's still being worked on yes.

The docks and the hotel look great

I know the Shipping C.O building is a hang out area, but there isn't much to do in there
