Directly state your question.
If you want us to grab a statue, enter your house, place the statue, then PM us. It's way faster.
If you want us to give you a doll, just PM us - then again, there are some staff members who want to keep their dolls rare, so you might not always get the doll.

Also, be aware that you don't get hacked.
If someone else is able to get on your account, you most likely gave your own account information, such as email and password, away. It's your responsibility to ensure that your account stays your account.

I also get a lot of "Freebies please!"-messages.
I usually do them, but not if I get a PM every 15 minutes, freebies are supposed to stay at least a little rare.

Once again, I read all PMs if I'm not away for a short period of time.
If you do not get a reply, think about what you messaged me, think about what I posted.

Hope this clears some things up.
An example of a fine admin. I've never felt you were bad, and I'm not the person that PM's junk mail. I was just stating that some of the PRs could use a nudge towards being helpful.

Also, what are you talking about being hacked?
