    Do they have pR's for each timezone?
    If not, they should have up to 2-3 pR's per timezone.

    Directly state your question.
    If you want us to grab a statue, enter your house, place the statue, then PM us. It's way faster.
    If you want us to give you a doll, just PM us - then again, there are some staff members who want to keep their dolls rare, so you might not always get the doll.

    Also, be aware that you don't get hacked.
    If someone else is able to get on your account, you most likely gave your own account information, such as email and password, away. It's your responsibility to ensure that your account stays your account.

    I also get a lot of "Freebies please!"-messages.
    I usually do them, but not if I get a PM every 15 minutes, freebies are supposed to stay at least a little rare.

    Once again, I read all PMs if I'm not away for a short period of time.
    If you do not get a reply, think about what you messaged me, think about what I posted.

    Hope this clears some things up.
    Gamergirl was "hacked".

    I smelly something fishy goin on in here . Sorry for the off topic post, I just wanted to point out how hypocritical these comments that were made by the above administrators were.

    I do have a say in this because Im a gamer who wants there to be fairness within the game, my question is (and again I do apologize) why was gamergirl given her stuff back. This has happened to many people and nothing is ever done. Where is the justice in this?

    Instead of complaining about the "justice" and "fairness" in the game. Why don't you reflect on how this all began? Make sure you compare GG's situation at the the time with your own.

    This began because a naive girl gave out her info to a couple of guys who duped her, when i was in this same situation they said nothing could be done. I dont care that this girl spent X amount of $$$ on this game she was ignorant she pays the price, tough luck. How they handled this situation shows however that only a small amount of people can have the rules bent for them no matter what.

    In this case snk was involved I believe. During regular hacking cases we take no action because by definition no-one really gets hacked on Era unless it's through keylogging or phishing.
    Giving people your account information does not equal being hacked.

    I'm sorry that we couldn't help you when you had your problem, but what are we supposed to do when someone exercises their free will to consciously give someone else access to their account? We can't turn back the time, the most we can do is try to inform the community about decision making.

    Again, the gamergirl situation was handled by people higher than the regular PR team and does not reflect the day-to-day decisions we make.
    Legal threats should go through the support center.

    Just to go back on topic:

    Prs being monitored weekly by Sprs would actually make a difference in the performance of the staff team.
    This way Prs can recieve feedback about what they should consider doing, like if they havent done much of something.
    Prs that repeatedly warn/jail certain players could be further investigated and other suspicious activity could be looked at.
    Sprs could be like an advisor, be like in charge/responcible for certain members of the staff team.
