To be fair we are already selling magic mushrooms to a crazy old witch, and drug dealing does fit the Al-Capone theme. However yeah, it really isnt suitable for a 12+ game.

Job related: I would really like a couple of achievements for pizza making lol.

Or dealing banned energy drinks. You could consume them yourself for a temporary buff, but if you want to make money and carry larger amounts of them you have to deal them instead.

So what your saying is we need to improve the boring jobs? Isn't that all of them?

I just think the existing jobs are too... clean. They are things for your average civilian. Aside from selling body parts... What we need is jobs that are "illegal" in the context of Era.

You guys can make a daily quest like Classic.
(I know this isn't iClassic, but that could help a bit)

I feel like Pessimist Prime here but you guys are talking gibberish to the higher staff.

Countryside is coming out with new jobs (whenever its released...)

As for my input, here are some realistic ideas:

-Flowers can be "crafted" into bouquets.

-Flowers can be planted either in your house or on the main map.

    -Slightly buff the flowers payout

-Decrease all mining times by maybe 5 seconds.

-Increase drop rate of unusable resources obtained while mining (sapphire, ruby, etc)

-add drill skins so people can marvel over their new drill look while drilling.

-Add a new type of trash. Have it be a little more rare but with a slightly better payout like the starfish shell. Bullet casings or gun magazines could fulfill the spot.

-Add bag to players back while equipped with trash pick. (Aesthetic)

-golden original trash pick for picking up enough trash.

-obtain pizza slices when making pizzas. Not very many but enough to gain a small stockpile.

-And bring back the old digging. Don't tell me it hasn't changed because it most certainly has. Crabs spawn every other shell and there are at least 5-8 digs between shells. If you're worried about unbalance on trade tables then increase shell rate only slightly.

-Colored Crab hats for killing enough crabs. Not like the old crab hat though.

-unlock room that has cool car for sale after doing enough car missions

Not very exciting, I know, but I try to make it easily implementable for the staff so they won't push it off because its too difficult to add.
Feel free to PM "Scopez" in game. I swear I don't bite.

    Car job

-Stop letting Angry Noob, Players, Cars knock us and block us (stand on the car and we can't move).
-Let us touch the mission guy and receive the mission not watching he say "I don't need you now!!"

The idea of adding awards for existing jobs seems good for giving people goals. It doesn't change the core of the jobs much though. Daily quests for collection jobs would be good too (i.e. Collect 400 mushrooms. Reward: 500 gralats). The goals can be long like that so only the most dedicated get the bonuses.

For digging, I think adding a leveling system would work well. As you level your shovels would become more durable like days of olde or perhaps even better. I was on Ol' West the other day and their new fishing job had poles that just transparently said that I have 26 uses left on my pole. If a level system was added, it would be good to make shovel durability public to the players too so they can see how leveling up makes a difference. Earning stronger shovels this way is something all players, new and old, would love.

Zegshock's treasure chest idea would make digging more interesting, too. Finding a chest for the first time is such an awesome feeling. Then you start to dig more to find another.

For trash picking, the only decent idea that I could think of is adding a large garbage truck NPC baddie. This truck would slowly drive along the roads on the map and be filled with a bunch of trash. It would be up to us criminals to destroy that truck. Upon its destruction, players that damaged the truck the most (top 10-20%) would receive a bunch of bonus trash and the area around the truck would be covered with trash to pick. Think of it like a heist on a garbage truck lol.

For drilling, first split rocks into regular ones that give the normal minerals, and gem rocks that will give the rare gems like rubies, sapphires and whatnot. The normal rate for finding gem rocks can be something low like 1%. To make gem rocks more valuable, I would say increase the gralat value of a gem to around 30+ gralats. If I remember right they're currently only worth about 10 gralats. This is to make the other drilling ideas below more worthwhile to players.

In a mine, a small, glowing spot could spawn where drilling in that spot increases your chance of finding a gem rock to around 5% giving incentive to players so they always chase down that spot. If the spot is always active, but, changes every minute, then you'd have miners running around more instead of just taking a small step to the side to drill another rock.

You could even have "gold rush" events. The event would start off with a PM or something announcing, "Miners in Blazian Bandits mine have struck a vein of gems!". While the event is on, that whole mine would have a boosted rate for finding gem rocks. The boosted rate can be somewhere around 15% assuming this event runs once an hour. If the event runs for 10 minutes at a time, then it would only be possible to drill up 20 rocks or so for lower leveled miners. They would most likely find 2-4 gem rocks within that time frame giving them a small boost in gralats (~100 gralats). With this event, you might see some players flocking to the mines when the event activates.
