CHALLENGE #01

Alright! Hello there! Up for some wild creative fun?

What is the challenge?

The challenge I present to you is, creating your own champion!

Requirements
-Create a champion
-Create a name for your champion!
-Describe how your champion looks!
-Create a passive and their Q, W, E, and R moves. (Idea by Kamiroo Wolf)
-What weapons do they use?
-What are their statistics?
-Describe or draw what they look like
-Create a lore, at least a paragraph long

Badge System
This is basically like a rewards system. In order to obtain a badge you can place in the top 3, or at least participate in the event.
Each badge will be different, so not to worry as yes you will be special to have that unique little badge!
I came up with this system in order for you to show off your creativeness throughout the forums. You may place it in your signature to show that you've won a challenge.
I will be creating little badges for this system.
In the near future, I will come up with ideas that will fulfill your rewarding needs.

Points System
Like the badge system but you earn points based on your performance.
You can gain extra points by doing:
-Drawings
-More than what's required stated in the challenge post
-Of course that famous pixel art around here
-Whatever else that is more than
Again you may earn badges from this points system as well, each varying on how many points you've received, or what you've been rewarded for. (Ex: Definitely a Writer)

Name: Papa And Pete(450 or 1350 champion)

Appearance:
Pete is a young boy around the age of 7 with a rather skinny build, even for his age, crazed black hair, and unnervingly calm emerald eyes. The young child wears what appears to be simplistic street clothes(basketball shorts and collared t-shirt), and his weapon of choice is a rusty knife covered in blood. Papa is tall overweight man in his 40's, sporting tattered overalls, a stylish bald head, and no shoes on his feet. As mentioned before, papa is overweight. He also has light , but sporadic emerald eyes, and a scruffy beard on his chin. Papa's weapon of choice is a disgustingly gory chainsaw.

Weapons: Knife & Chainsaw

Personality:
Twisted in all the wrong ways, Pete just last year witnessed the death of both his father and mother. As a result, the boy's mental stability snapped at an early age, and the young boy went to extreme measures to retrieve him family. Through rituals that will be described only in the Lore, Pete desperately managed to resurrect his dead father from the depths of the Underworld. Once resurrected, a curse found itself bound to Papa. The only way Papa can be seen by or interact with humanity, is if Pete mentions him to another person. The pair exploited this, however, and with their twisted minds, have begun killing and collecting the souls of people on the streets of Noxus, in order to resurrect Pete's mother.

Abilities)
Basic Attack- Pete stabs and slashes with his rusty knife, while Papa hacks and grinds with his chainsaw.
Passive)
Deranged Bond/Mental Instability:
Deranged Bond- Pete's basic attacks apply a mark of Dead Meat on the target. This mark lasts for 4 seconds before disappearing completely. If Papa and Pete both attack a marked target at the same time, their attack speed will increase by 10/15/20%(up to a cap of 60%)(scales with ultimate) per strike!
Mental Instability- Instead of mana, Pete's resource bar(below his health) is an Insanity Meter. This meter works very much like Rumble's H.E.A.T resource or Shyvana's Rage, in the sense that it builds up with every attack.
For Pete, with every basic attack, he gains 10 Insanity. Upon reaching 100 Insanity, Pete's player will lose control of the character, but Pete will become taunted towards the nearest champion(1000 unit radius), chase them down, and deal DOUBLE attack damage per strike. Unfortunately, Pete drops his guard significantly during this assault, resulting in 50% reduced armor for the duration. Pete will not enter turret range during his assault, though, since he isn't that stupid. Papa can still be controlled using R and clicking where you want him to go/attack.

Cost: N/A
Range: Melee

Pete, being as short as he is, manages to slice the calf of his enemy, dealing 50/70/100/120/150(+40% AD) physical damage and slowing them immensely by 40/45/50/55/60% for 2 seconds. If Pete manages to kill an enemy champion with his ability, his Insanity Meter will become instantly filled and he will go into his Deranged State. If there are no champions within a 1000 unit radius, he will just stab a few poor minions.

Cooldown: 8 seconds.

Unnerving Stare=W
Cost: N/A
Range: 40 Degree Cone/500 unit distance.

Pete directs his eyes to glare at an enemy champion within range, taunting them towards the young boy and reducing their armor and attack speed by 25/30/35/40/45%. This taunt lasts for 1.65 seconds.

Cooldown: 14 seconds.

Slippery Assassination=E
Cost: N/A
Range: 600 unit radius

Pete rolls and ducks around his enemy, placing himself behind them! Pete will then take a strike at the enemy's lower spine, dealing an impressive 10/30/50/70/90(+100% AD) physical damage and stunning them for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 second(s).

Cool down: 10 seconds.

Like Father, Like Son=R
Cost: N/A
Range: 1000 unit cast radius. Click and Drag to spawn.

The player simply has to click within the cast radius and drag the cursor in the direction they want Papa to spawn in. Whenever this action is completed, Pete will yell for help from Papa, who will come charging in from your desired direction, slicing and knocking aside any enemy who dares get in his way. His initial charge deals 200/350/500(+100% AP)(+50% AD) physical damage. While Papa is active, he has 30% reduced movement speed compared to Pete, and deals 25% more damage per basic attack than Pete. Papa only lasts for 50 seconds.

Cool down: 100/95/90 seconds.
