    5. Guk- Was originally Black Water World Wide Co. lead by Vash. Hours 4k- and Vash should get his gang back and be able to create his hideout.

    All of these should be changed under what you just did.

    Since basing is hard for new upcoming gangs, and all these gangs hogging bases by teaming with other top tier gangs just to own a base.

    I have a suggestion: Why not open up more bases since there is a lot of empty bases around iEra and so much space that could be used for something. Lets say make a new base located at the beach, idk the theme could be a sand dune.. only gangs with 1000 hours less can own the base. This will help gangs develop actual members who are loyal and create better competition for the community instead of the same top gangs that just hogs bases, no offense to them.

    1k hours is interesting...I want to say hat for leader only and add a generic reward for leader at 2k while adding the extra 7 hats. A giant hall of leaders who lead gangs to 1k would be kinda cool to see. You figure 1k will become fairly common down the line, especially with Countryside bases whenever that will be.

    2k hours for 8 hats isn't that bad. Most base gangs have a perm list of 15-20ish so that'd cover about half the gang. It's a personalized reward so it adds sentimental value of sorts. I loved my Candy hat when I got it. At least, until Purple made Candy a grim sub.

    6k and 8k...maybe put the +1 hideout room at 6k. Move the 10k hour hat reward to 8k.

    Custom melee at 10k because I imagine you can do something pretty creative with a melee.

    15k stays a gun skin.

    Stop at the 15k reward. I want to see more startup gangs having a chance.


    Transfer system
    Maybe do a two-factor authentication system linked with Era-go or email to further prevent accidents? Restricting transfers to only those in gang for a month like you said is a good idea too. You could go further by adding kick protection to the old leader for a week or so.



    Leadership powers
    For a long time we've been wanting an improved ranking system with actual tiers. This way, players with rank/kick powers can only use them on those lower than themselves.

    For example there could be a 5 rank system. Rank 5 would be leader exclusive. Rank 4 would be leader ranks that only the leader can change. Rank 3s can only be affected by 4 and higher, etc. Rank 1 being new recruits.

    Some also wanted leaders to be able to give power adding permissions to others. In other words, power adding powers.

    Liked everything except for the ending rewards after 15k. I may be biased as 3rd highest in kin (18000 hours) but its not fair to the people that have such a large achievement to not get rewarded. Plus also all that will happen is gangs will make a new gang and get all the rewards again lol.

    Our ideas- tell us what you think.

    Gangs can't change their name after earning more than 500 hrs.

    Better rewards, we know 2k hours for 8 hats is the worst. What do you think? We want rewards at 50, 250, 1000, 2000, 4000, 8000, 1000, 15000, 20000, 25000 etc

    I want a new system for transferring a gang. Do you have any suggestions?

    Once we fix all these issues, staff will NEVER get involved in gangs ( unless real money is involved)

    Please help us, to help you. Your opinion is appreciated.
    also its 7 hats per gang at 2k even though 8 would be good considering in my gang i was the odd one out..

    And also snk, something needs to be done about kin bar skin, basically reno screwed up when he gave back grim to midnight and ended up giving midnight powers in squishy, so now lots of grim members are running around with kin skin unfairly, might need to talk to duke about it but if we could reset the skin so no one would have it and we could choose who we wanted to have it that'd be great

    Also since we are talking about gangs. Gang sparring needs some rewards, this would encourage more people to gang spar. I think the whole point system in gang sparring should be changed to actual spar stats that would carry on instead of it being decreased after each lost. Like a normal spar record, a gang's spar stat would increase if they win and if they lose they will have losing spar record as well but it wont affect the win spar stat W/L.. You can have rewards for gang spar set around 100, 500, 1000... gang spar wins

    Rewards: Extra gang sparring member? Gang spar gun skin, etc

    Also maybe the gang spar arenas could be redesigned so it's larger to compete.

    yeah sounds cool, i think the redesigned spar arenas might happen in the multiplex whenever its released

    I just see top 3 as gangs chasing rewards that don't even exist. Then they hit these imaginary milestones and begin to demand these non-existent rewards into existence.

    There was the idea I had in that other thread a month or so ago that just looped the rewards but had double the requirements after a 5k or 10k down period. That way the next 2k hat reward would really be at like 24k or 29k. I'll quote it later.

    So...how do we give these smaller gangs a chance in the current metagame that demands large gangs full of big guns and skilled players.

    Maybe....we can actually complete the Gang Points system and move rewards to that so a hybrid between gang spars, pks and basing can be rewarded evenly.

    I would definitely like a gang spar arena with walls and things you are able to hide behind.
