Don't criticize his English. Many people that don't speak English at a first language make an effort to use it well, including my self, my English can suck badly because English is not our first language. But I bet that my Spanish is better than yours, maybe because Spanish is my first language, and English is you're first language.

They hire wayyyy too many PR's. Most of them are just "pro" players that have enough connections.

Ones that participate on the forums deserve the position (like Jahola).

Well to be honest here, the more Pr's the better. Work can be done at a faster pace, if some Pr's become inactive cause of reasons there are other staff that will be active at the time. They hire ones that are trustworthy, have knowledge of the game and some might be recommended by other staff members. Being active on a forum won't automatically assure you a position in game as its a different pov of work you deal with.

i.e. Working on iEra, players give you more attention and you have to learn how to deal with it. You must work as a professional at all times, and be active in your duties.

If you use the forums a lot and are active you have a chance to be hired for the forums of iEra, Global Moderators (not hiring at the moment). I believe if you have contributed a lot of work as a Moderator you are promoted to a role of communications staff for iEra (not guaranteed a position).

Using the forums isn't a requirement once you are a PR, so if you are applying for PR using the forums isn't a must needed requirement. It's an option.
