Gang Changes

Any award pass 15k is to much hours for basing,
the more rewards we add.
Example
17k
20k
22k
25k and more.

Will make gangs like Grim Reapers,Ebizou Base and Obsidian keep basing.
I would rather see top gangs die and little gang rise to start a new gen of war.

Why would you want to see gangs that worked hard for those hours die.

We would just make new gangs with the same people in them might as well make new rewards.
