If they had Era Related questions, there would be a lot of questions that are being repeated.

Dude there are unlimited questions you can ask about.. When newbies get in the event, by watching the answers they learn something.
If it is repeated who cares at least we know that and already memorize it. But for those weird questions, all they use is Google to find the answers.
Repeating answers is much more legit than Google for answer isn't it.

I have to agree with this, some staff asks personal questions about themselves that we don't even know of but of course their friends.
