If you're online, yes.
You need to be online for them to enter it, it won't show the "Visit house (public)" in their 'more actions' menu if you're not online.
I better hide my ammo then.

I have like 50k stored in my house from when I did, useful for giving to people or if my unlimited runs out and I have no money.
Mainly shotguns users because you can blow through 10k ammo in about an hour

I like the idea of opening gang houses, my gang house has all my furniture and stuff while my normal house is empty.
I think I actually have 220k ammo stored.
Make an option so only friends or gang members can enter. Prob solved
