because some wont be able to win saber even if they try to win events and this pisses off people who hog event coins and always win
so its giving you people a chance but you just have to be lucky
They pretty much give ec out for free? Achievements, ec uploads, and literally the "here have a free ec since your on" pm. Not to mention chance events. It's not a good thing this was added. I suggest all gangs that are strong to hold a base zone with many members and not let anyone flag rush or lag in to get it just to enter lucky draw.
Saves the newbs to get good items.
It's called lucky draw for a reason. You guys all sound like greedy asshats wanting it to be changed because you don't want players having the sabers. Stop complaining, if you won I'm sure you wouldn't be.

Ok snk better remove these sabers. I've already revieced pms asking "did you win that saber in the raffle?"
It used to be always if you had a saber, most people respected you and your hard work, but now, you get accusations that you won it in a stupid raffle.
