As Illusions said, they have to fight their way to the top. Believe it or not, newbie gangs can always go on the top if they practice a lot. I like how the system it is at the moment.

read my post there, that may help you out a bit. One strategy i didn't list is possibly joining a big gang, gaining the loyalty of the members, then leaving and taking along the membs with you. kind of an a** move sometimes, but it can work.

Unfair for new gangs forced to fight experienced ones. There should be smaller bases that give you a smaller income, and you can only enter the base if you have under xx amount of basing hours. Just like moving up the tiers. Great way to train your gang too.

LMAOOO, if there is smaller bases and only certain gangs with certain number can get the base, I guess I will just go put aside sparring, go back to obsidian and don't let the small game gain hours without working hard for them, they gotta earn their name and respect just like everyone else, that's why there is not such a thing as "smaller bases"

You meby know what the title means and its true

Smaller gangs get eated by NBK,GETS,EBI,KIN,Deadsec etc

This isn't motivating the small gangs to base

I think there shall be smaller bases the like shops that isn't counting in the hour statics of basing
Why not the hour ? Becuase the bigs gangs after the rewards , not tiny shops

this meby be a solution for mafia family's To own the turfs they want
