Well, it's simple.
Our staff is not being paid - which is why members from our community are being hired as staff.

There are only a few staff members who don't play any longer, including me.
Mostly because we're more into development, rather than playing the actual game.

I'll be sitting down with the team soon, I'll think of something.
It would be great if we could do some sort of quality control.

I wish. Elections to vote for who's the most suited for a spot would be great. Each person would get a 2 minute speech at, say, Comic Club and people would vote for the new PR like they vote for Events.
