Anyone could easily pose as Sean, ask for some personal details and get away with it.
The fact of not having a staff tag can be easily abused.
With the official tag, we can easily tell the ones who have authority.
Because he's the one who roams the city and interviews people.
That's his main priority.
You want a limit of time for the Staff Tag? That wouldn't be very useful for a tag. All he will do is interview in that job. Maybe events and have fun, but that's it. Staff Tags were meant to players who are willing to work for iEra. A newspaper member is working, but doesn't work in game as much as the others.

Yes, and having an actual staff tag is the thing that can be abused, that's what I'm saying. He doesn't need a staff tag to interview people and show he's "legit", just have him wear the official newspaper team tag and ask the people who aren't constantly spamming "Free EC pls adiam", it should work out fine.

Sean goes around he city, searching for interesting avtivities
and interview witnesses.
As I said before, anyone could pose as Sean and ask for personal information.

I use to have a gang called "News Reporter" and they thought I was on the
Newspaper Team. Anyone could imitate a simple gang name as that.
Not exactly. It's better for him not to have the tag. He can freely ask other players, especially when they know him. There's no need for a staff tag for that job.
