I believe you're wrong on this one.
You can't copyright the word "inferno", especially when we're not even ripping the car from GTA. The two Infernos are completely different, unrelated, and unaffiliated.
Plus, if anyone was to have taken ownership over the word, it would've already been done by Dante Alighieri or Dan Brown.

Rock star doesn't really copyright anything in their game. Since their fanbase is mostly grown ups, grown ups won't fall for copyrighted stuff. However, companies that target children, like Nintendo do care about copyright since children think everything that looks like a Nintendo character is an official Nintendo toy, game, whatever.

I say this next sentence as a rebuttal to your comment; your grammar isn't making you look so smart, so don't put me down when you can barely reach the bar with where I placed it, which was ever pretty highly with my legitimate argument. Don't attack me when I'm stating facts, combined with the fact that all I did was place a counterargument to your idea, which is what "brainstorming" is for. FYI, I googled nothing. I read the Divine Comedy for school, so I know that, and I read Dan Brown's books on my own time. As the Electric Light Orchestra would sing, "Don't Bring Me Down".
