Let's think of how do this all started. First, Leb posted the thread. Cyonezu said it was really him. It is him who started the wrong thing. Leb didn't do anything bad but has been reported by Cyon.

For short, Cyonezu is the one that is taking responsibility for this thing but not others(Froz n' friends).
