I'm sorry to hear you think this of me. I'm usually busy in game trying to work on updates/items or I'm afk working on graphics for items. I'm sorry I'm not able to answer everyone's questions or respond right away.

When it comes down to it though, would you prefer me answering a billion questions or working to improve era and release content? Last year was quite rough I'll admit and a lot of projects got pushed back, including quests, contests etc. Which is why I made this thread so I can see what you all would like improved this year. I did not forget about this thread nor would I ignore it.

I can understand not replying to questions that could easily be answered by another staff, what I'm talking about are the questions that players are told to ask you in particular about. I've been told "That's a question for Storm." more times than I can count and every single time I've tried to find out, I can't. I understand you're busy but I'm not the only one getting frustrated at the fact that I can't get ahold of the one person that has some answers. Some people ask me certain questions that I believe only a Dev could answer so I ask them to pm one that's online and about 9/10 times I get a reply 30 minutes later saying that they haven't gotten a response. Yes, stick to the content, but the questions that only you are suited for are the ones I would love for you to answer, even if it takes you awhile to reply.

Also, I know you haven't forgotten about this thread, but what I'm talking about is when you create a thread like this and then wait several weeks or months before you even log on Era-Go again, I just believe you should view the replies to the threads that you make more often.

Anyways, that's an improvement I'd like to see. As a Dev, you're very knowledgable about the server and anything else that other staff are not as familiar with, we need you to reply sometimes, please.

Question. Wasn't the Gralats enough, already? Come on. If your item gets uploaded and you don't get a reward, don't even think about crying, because it's better to have graphics made from you in-game than a god damn stupid reward.

Have you ever though? Maybe the graphic will be uploaded next year? But who cares if not, I can try harder for next year's contest to make my graphics in. Stop annoying the freak out of Storm and Bf9.

I dont even have a single piece of a gfx made by me uploaded. I entered halloween contest, that went down the drain as it wasnt uploaded.. same with xmas.. I made it to be uploaded not to get gralats, It feels crap y'know? so why not try being in my shoes.

First of all, I dont like how you keep saying 'Ha' and 'Just a hat', ofc it might be 'just a hat' for you as I stated before, you have your own .... shop and you're on GFX Trial, but different story for me.
Second of all, I got no time to make pixels everyday to get better. It just feels like GFX isnt really for me..

This last year has been very rough on iera from a development stand-point.
There has been a lot to distract us, but that's a reason- not an excuse. We have failed to deliver on multiple occasions this year but we can only look forward.
Hopefully we can have a couple of big/major updates but it would be nice to focus on improving already existing content but before that we have to polish and release all of the stuff we have backlogged.

Keep in mind that you probably won't see action taken on much suggested in here until we've released all of the other stuff we have to release first.
Please keep suggesting ways we can improve for 2016, we do listen and we do take note but it takes time

Once things are sorted out and finished, I'll hope to see some of the suggestions from this thread actually implemented. I'll hold you to your word Vendhin, I'll wait but some of the suggestions on this thread need to be implemented ASAP.
