I'm no staff but I can say that this will be a major flaw in the 2016 updates and improvements.

I can assure you staff members are rewarded for their work and much appreciated, this does not effect anything in anyway. We simply have too many staff to keep this up, it's getting out of hand.

What I would like to see improved, and don't take this the wrong way, is the amount of content that gets released. Era is getting very boring for some players. I know most of the admins/developers have lives, but like you said, there is so much staff, "it's getting out of hand". Don't take this the wrong way or imply that I am being mean, but hire for positions that actually need it. We have 4 developers, 1 gun admin, a handful of gfx admins (which is okay), not a lot of sfx admins, a few leveling admins, and tons and tons of PRs.

Please, just know who to hire at the right time.
