not 1 of these gangs are *willingly* giving up their bases so you can boost hearts in a cheap way
not 1 of the real gang basing at least
2 gangs or more allying each other and then bombarding the gang that is actually basing and then the two or more allied gangs keep switching the base by letting the other take while the gang that is actually basing can't even get back in fast enough.
