Hi, again- i go through all the emails at least once a day.
We don't respond to empty emails or requests for free items.
If your email doesn't get answered straight away, it's because it's been forwarded to the correct department. (snk, xor ect)
While i can't say for certain they are responding to you- we get all emails and i forward them to whoever deals with that particular issue (ie; itunes problems- xor ect.)
If you feel our email support is lacking, try making a post of your issue in letter to the staff, letter to the staff has a higher turnover rate of issues solved than email support because of
the higher number of staff who have access to it to help you.
I'd just like to remind everyone that has issues with our staff team that we are volunteers.
We have real life responsibilities as well as basically running an online game. We cannot be available at every moment to handle player issues, we're not employed to do so, and we don't have 500+ GM's like Blizzard. We have approximately 20 or so active staff to deal with generally over 1500 players.
We do the best we can with limited resources, and we do not have a direct line of contact (officially) to Xor, for example, I cannot ask Xor personally to deal with your issue, you'll have to wait for a reply (if you get one at all).
We cannot force anyone outside of our "jurisdiction" to do anything.
We cannot employ the best of the best to our staff team as we have to pick from the Graal community, all the good candidates that we're aware of have been hired, or fired for one reason or another.
If you don't like our staff team that's your decision, but we're the best you have when it comes to Era issues so you're going to have to learn to deal with it.
If you have complaints take it to the appropriate forums such as Letter to the Staff or PM a staff member.

I DO A **** TON OF VOLuNTEER WORK, AND TRUST ME, THE **** I DO IS A MILLION TIMES HARDER THAN YOUR "WORK"
Hell my last one was this summer in freaking Guatamala building freakin cement houses with no power tools, caring for a 13 year old kid who was 36 pounds for the week, and freaking distributing & organizing clothes and gave them out. Heres the kicker, I have auditory processing and i got enough troubles with english and pronuncing it, and all i did had to be in Spanish and i hardley know any of that. I volunteered to do the freakin job so i did it to the best of my capabilities. You knew what you were getting into when you signed up, so take it seriously and do your best and exceed it. I can guareented i could do a better job then 90% of you freaking lazy *** PRs
+ i do need moar volunteer hours to graduate.
But i know i won't get hired cuz adiams luv me
