Staff Team Size

Why isn't the staff team larger than it is? It appears theres a shortage on all sorts of stuff from gang rewards to scripters, even prs. Theres just not enough staff members, or they just arent active enough. Why don't they just have a lot of staff members so they can get everything done? Theres all sorts of people that would do a good job and theres no shortage of people who are willing. (Except scripters)

I think the best way to solve the problem of staff members being inactive is to have more staff members. Then there would be staff members on all the time, some times there would be lots of admins on but so what?

I see all the departments have a shortage.

I think they should expand the staff team, no more than double the staff size for prs and all the gfx, lat, gani teams should be open to increasing the amount of staff members. More could get done.

I think there's a reasonable amount of staff for the size of the game. As the players increase they could add a few more but 100 is way too much for a 4k+ players game.

I think we should have at least 53 Player Relations from the us because that's when we hit 3k-4k easy.

I never(Haven't really seen) see the American staffs other then 3.

These teens volunteer, they don't sign up to be loyal to their job at all. It's just a hobby to do, increasing the size will increase the chances for leaks, hacks, etc. Why? As I said, they aren't loyal. They don't get paid, meaning they can do whatever because it really isn't a job. Just an extra curricular activity.
