Honestly this is very sad. This has already been recommended but just make sure you check the ban history, have them send gfx of something you want them to do which exact directions, a gani with an exact image you want, a script which thought out directions (This one is important because with scripting you need more folder rights than others), and a sound effect of what you want. This will hopefully stop people from copyrighting files from other servers and will show you who is actually legit in their position. When the person starts to flake out meaning they will make excuses or say they are busy that is when you know they are just trying to be staff for the fun of it or do not even do what they say they do. Do not give anyone in a dev server ban rights. Make a jail level with a script which will prevent players from unsticking themselves and will serverwarp them to login each time they enter the server if they are jailed. This will prevent corrupt people such as Bella in this incident from banning other staff. Do not give staff powers they should not need and if they give you stink about it just let them leave or remove them because it is your server and your choices.

Contempo is Slimmys server, He still owns it but I don't want to have any contact with him. I still use it to level (because I haven't been able to find any other server to work on mostly because of knowing Slimmy) Slimmy is never on, he's waiting for it to die. To answer your question, no Contempo is not hiring and you wouldn't even want to consider joining it..

Greetings...

What happened is all my fault, but I have something to tell you first.

The reason I hired LebJoe back is because we needed to give Josh his powers, but then he went berserk and we banned him, done.
Next, just this morning, a player called "Bella" joined our server. I remembered her from Contempo and how her reputation was bad.
We started talking about scripting and levels and whatnot, then she slowly started to dupe me, sentence by sentence.
She made me believe she was in PWA, Player Worlds Assistance, and I believed it. We talked around while she made scripts for the server, Drag script, Stealth etc.
I gave her powers, yes I did. She was a scripter after all, she needed them.

Then out of the blue she asked me this question


"can i have ban rights"

I started to grow uneasy.

"Why?" I replied.

"To upgrade the ban system and test it out" she said.

I was very hesitant on my next decision, but she proved me she was a good person in the last few hours, so I went for it.


She banned the owner, Chris, me and Josh.

I went on the server with an alternate account to see the damage. All the NPCs were gone, and it seemed like all the weapons disappeared.

At this point I was literally in tears, it had been all my fault for being so gullible. All of our hard work was gone.

So if you're reading this, I'm sorry LebJoe. I'm sorry Chris. I'm sorry Josh. I'm sorry Heavens.

I'm deeply sorry to all of you.

And did Chris tell you I saved him with my own ways? If no, then I tell you now, PWA got involved to the story, then everything went right, I called PWA to help the server.
