This doesn't work in the context of current-day Era since there is imbalance between guns. What if there's someone that deserves a 2000 rating but is unable to achieve it as he only has lower tier guns like deagles or even an m4 which is outclassed by auction guns and 100k+ gralat guns.
I'll support the Elo system in multiplex spar only when the multiplex gun is perfectly balanced. So not immediately after release but after Meph and Anero are absolutely sure that the system is 100% perfect, not just ready enough for release. It's hard to imagine that they perfected a stat system with 200+ combinations purely in the development phase but, you never know I guess.
