Dean is Russian,it's obvious that his statement seems very odd,all he means is that threads where people post something private or completely pointless or immature or post advertisements even on off-topic part of the forum must not exist,it's freaking obvious,no need to bash him for what he said,he could have been shorter for sure like : "Mods,please lock and delete this thread".

The fact that he said that forums are used for blah blah simply means that forums are mainly Graal related or related to something that is normal and is not crossing all the possible borders like pornography or real-life ads or whatever,he's Russian,his English is not perfect.

I'm half Russian too yet my English is great,i could have stated the same thing in a much shorter and more obvious way,no need to bash him for his bad English.
