No no, the room was added in 2014-ish but the players who participated in the forums (for the most part) joined in 2013.

Failure was an "old-old" member even before the creation of forums and he participated, along with "most" of the people in that room.

The time of addition of the room has nothing to do with how "old" they are.

I think it's still best to leave the "old-old" members room as is.
It's not like a gold medal being stripped from an athlete. They contributed towards the growth of the forums regardless of how you view them anyway.
