Im here to speak on the issue of racism. First of all i love era, but it seems like 80-85% of these people in the game are racist calling me (racist word) because a guy who wears a African American head beat them in spar or i beat them in pk or in gang spar or wherever i go. Why when i try to report a person, it takes a day for them to respond or mostly never respond? Why is it when i try to contact a staff member directly they act like they are deaf, even if i was standing there next to them they never respond? who is there in this game that actually listens to the people and actually DOES something about it??? I know there is a block option, but I shouldn't have to use it, when i call on a staff memeber they should be running to see what's wrong not play dumb or deaf. People bother staff about free items and hats and stupid ec, when they should be concerned about making era a fair and positive game to play, when nobody is there to help you...how do you expect a person to react?? Everyone should be able to get along, i mean most of these people that play are in the age group of 10-17. This nonsense HAS to stop. I was jailed all because i said " when i beat a person in pk, they always call me a (misspelled racist word)", most like to mispell curse words or racial slurs to still be able to say them. I can understand the staff are busy, but if they expect people to play as they constantly update the game, they should also change the foul environment of era. Who out there agrees with me????

1.Staff can't do all reports unless they are in Duty, try to search "Player Relations" in friend list to see all PR list who online.. If you report a player but Staff did't respond that means they are doing another player Reports/Uploads not just your Report!

2.if you try to report a player don't use Racist/Rude words try to say "Harassing me, using Racist words in via chat

An admin should take responsibility of the action and watch to see if your claims are true.

If an admin plays dumb or deaf, then block them. Don't stoop to their level.

Raging in iEra is normal. We're all so used to being insulted in-game that we just decide to sit there and watch. Free entertainment, but Atlanta is much better 😃.

I think the Arab players show this racism the most, and since not many staff speak their language they get away with it alot.

Depends on where you look. The Airport has a lot of racist words being thrown around when there's gang PK fighting.

Arabic players appear to be the most racist because they are centered around Start.

No I meant since you see the racism in Start often, it appears that they are more racist when they aren't. Misunderstanding.
