As knowing Ace as a good admin, I can not be biased or contradictal, therefore you proved me wrong. I just have to question, what is the procedure that Ace does in terms of hirings?

I know they use an ingame mass application system where every so often applications will be sent to people over a # of hours and less than # warnings.

Ace will have people asking for a position and if Ace thinks they are capable then he will send them an application.

But I'm not Ace so I might not be 100% correct.
