Demonstration of a bad PR

Man, I hate seeing the forums like this. As person not taking any sides, I am truly depressed when the conversations are heated up like this.
As my friend was jailed because of the use of VPN. There are possible solutions that he can get out of this ban duration. But until they investigated his account, they added that he had so many warnings/jails in his past. So they disregarded and somehow added (not the full definition) the bad attribute reasons way back then. Now, he can't get his account back within the situation. Again, I'm neutral, just contributing. I'm just stating facts to you all.

Not to be rude but that literally contributed nothing. In your friends case the jail was automated and not done manually as was done in Asirs case.

It's rather sad had none of the 'accused' is presenting their side, other than Justin's 2 sentences. Maybe it's just me, but if I were being accused of something i'd present my side to ease suspicion, rather than choosing to ignore it and appearing sly. Even chris refused to post on this thread, which I think makes it more odd.

If Asir were wrong wouldn't justin etc come out and debunk his claims?

As I was saying, I was just stating a description to why the past can ruin your reputation as of today (meaning it's less chance for you to get out of bans or become hired) The nature whether automated or manually, it is still related to the fact you can't get out of jail because of your status in the past and you didn't even commit anything wrong. As for your case, you were removed (correct me if I'm wrong) because of your past? you're saying my presented idea doesn't contribute to anything, what about yours regarding to Asir's?

I fail to see how your jail record has anything to do with being released after wrongfully getting jailed for using VPN, unless he was previously jailed for using a VPN in which case he should know the rules regarding it. I'll admit one of my posts on this thread was a little off topic, the one where I quoted something that anero said, but the rest have not been. Don't steer this thread in the wrong direction please.
