he didnt leak anything. im making my own conclusions, and it turns out im right. and i cant post pms, soooooo i cant prove it, but ask any mod, they can see that i received an infraction earlier today. You wont be unbanned early unless mods tell you. So if you werent pmed that you were being unbanned, its safe to say that they did it to give you a longer ban.

Super tired, so i'm not really im the mood for a long reply, but here goes.

'I've been contacted by Asirader that he has been banned until february. I think it is completely cruel and unusual that he is banned for that long after the things that have occured. Yes he cursed in the PM but there is an ignore list option and it is private for a reason, he was told to take it out of public and go to PMs.

He caused a disruption in the forums, but it is not his fault that he was provoked to it. He had reported posts 3 times and experienced laziness as Ace wouldnt even open up his internet to check the reports after Asirader had told him to. Asirader stood up for himself because someone compared him to cancer, something his dad died from and Asirader was debating Adonis while the Adonis was also taunting him.

It is not Aces job to handle reports. That is down to us global moderators, but surprise surprise, we are not constantly jere refreshing the page to see if anyone has been reported. Some people are not patient at all, and expect everything to be done within a blink of an eye.

Yes, Adonis was in the wrong too, which is why he was also punished. What is your point?

Asirader got on his alt forum account not to evade, but to PM you the situation. After you accused him of not being patient, he outbursted at you because what you claimed was wrong. He did not even evade, he just needed to explain the situation.

They are banned for the reason, and are purpousley not allowed to log on no matter what. Just because it was a different account, it was the same person. Your point is extremely invalid.

I didn't really need pming the situation, as I saw it all on the thread, but if he was that desperate, he could've messaged me on Discord/ and or in game. I would of got the message at some point.

I didn't accuse him of being impatient, I stated a fact about it, which was proven when he couldn't wait for his reports to be answered to.

Sure a lot of people don't like him, but his reputation as a rational person should not be considered when dealing punishments, I would recommend you focus on punishing people who joke about cancer than someone who actually has good points on threads. Earlier around noon he was banned for one week for his actions which he said he would accept, but then for some odd reason he was unbanned for a few hours then re-banned. As a result his ban time has increasingly grown quite a bit.

Once again, I dont know where you got the fact that other members involved weren't punished as well, but I can assure you they were. I punished him with a single infraction at first, which gave him a 1 week ban automatically, but he escalated it which caused it to increase. He could of left it at that and been fine after a week, but once again, proving his impatience.

The unbanning was so I could increase his ban due to his action after the incident. I accidentally banned someone with a similar name to his for the increased time, but after being messaged about my mistake, I soon corrected it.

The thread 'birthday EC' was being debated by Asirader and Adonis normally, when adonis felt he had been defeated he took low shots at Asirader bringing up things Asirader had done 4 years ago, being off topic and harassing. This is when Asirader reported all the posts and PMd ace in game. Ace replied with 'Not on forums rn'. Was Asirader really asking a lot to simply open up the internet on his iPad and go to the website to give it a scan?
Asirader replied to Ace saying 'Ok, ill be responding then". This is when asirader went ahead and responded to the offtopic argument and was banned for a week. He then got on his alt and pm'd Kieran the situation, Kieran made some pretty bad claims w/o evidence and it looked like it was biased. This is when Asirader said a bad remark, and his alt was perma banned for evading. Asirader then for an odd reason was unbanned for 5 hours, and was then later banned for an extremely high amount, till February.

Again, both sides were punished fairly.

I didn't ban him, I gave him an infraction which lead to an auto ban.

Please explain what false claims I made. I am more than happy to give you an answer to them. Not sure how it can be biased if I have never(that I can remember) talked to either of them before. I looked at the argument from both sides and dished out equal punishments.

Yes, the bad remark included profanity directed towards me. Not a smart move at all, as it added to reasons for him being banned.
1)Continuing to argue on a thread, wether he was provoked or not
2)Using profanity towards a member of staff.
3)Using profanity towards another member.
4)Using an alt account to evade his ban.
May I also add that if he hadn't been given so many bans and infraction in the past, his current ban would not of been so high.

Uh hello. That's the entire point of that feature. If you don't like someones language or what they have to say block them if you can't handle it, I don't recommend this because it's useful to hear the other side, but for a snowflake I think it's a reasonable action to take.

Honestly that doesn't even matter at this point, don't try and avert the situation away from your horrible judgement in moderation. You informed me that he swore at you, oh my, sweet snowflake are you alright? No wonder why you slapped such a huge ban on him.

May I also add that if he hadn't been given so many bans and infraction in the past, his current ban would not of been so high.
Regardless, the ban was far too long for vulgarity, and that's where the crux of the problem lies. Shorten it by about 99% and we're gucci.

Yes, it does matter as it is against the rules. I didn't inform you that he swore at me. I mentioned it as he already stated it on the first post on this thread. Once again, profanity is not tolerated.
