Yeah I'm a staff member now. Regardless, has anyone in Era ever received a 5 month jail for vulgarity? repeat offended or not the sentence was clearly exaggerated. I also know from being a staff member not to let bias get in the way of my actions, something a certain mod needs to learn.
I will add this though, it's clearly hypocritical for Asir to rave about how there is an ignore feature that could have been used, yet when confronted he did not opt to use it himself.
Glad he's banned tbh. When this dude gets killed or loses a spar he always says something along the lines of "your black" or "your a Arab". No respect
Bias, I said earlier, I have never personally talked to any of the people from both sides, so I dont see how I can be biased. I dont know where this whole biased thing has come from. I have nothing against him, and acted how I felt was right.

He's not banned in game. The only this this has to do with this situation is Asirs somewhat vulgar attitude at times. But again, that isn't directly linked with this situation.
He swore at you, you couldn't handle it, and you opted for a harsher punishment. Alright then. Is the system automated though? If it is I apologize as that'd be to blame for the long ban, rather than you. I'm not saying he shouldn't have been punished, because clearly he and the other party should have been. I just don't think the length of the ban fits the actions committed. But hey, that's just my opinion.

If your arguing that since the player in question has a record of bans and bad behavior that he should get a harsher ban sentence, I totally agree with you. A player with a spotless record of bans should be given a smaller punishment since they never experienced the banning system while a player that has been banned countless amounts of times should have a harsher sentence due to the fact that they failed to learn from their past mistakes.
