Ion carbine melee only does damage, the Thing that gives the saber/ dual saber/ katana its price is the deflect ability.

Compare katana to the dual saber. Dual saber is 125 ec, katana has block and sheathe like saber does, but costs 15 more because it also has an attack hot key that hurts anyone around you which the saber can't do

In that logic, why the hell is an open close ability on the double saber worth 25 EC compared to the single saber?

I don't know, if you can't use throwing vday hearts in crypt then probably not for the same reason vday hearts were disabled (if they are)

it's too late to change an item that has been on sale for years. Like I said the 360 attack isn't a major deal, but it is enough to make it worth 15 more ec. If you are happy with your dual saber then you don't really need the katana unless you like its look more
