Anyways, I like the colors.

Looking good. But you should probably not add those glass doors as windows. Use the same glass panes you used on the very right and left windows.

And extend those windows so it'd look symmetrical within the front of the building.

Nice first level! I've outlined some things you could fix up:

Red - Corner tiles should have been used here.
Green - If that's supposed to be another story of the building it needs walls around the sides and back to distinguish it from just being a random flat wall. (I've outlined where these tiles could be)
-I'd also suggest that you don't use the same tiles on the wall and roof.
