Is the smoke GIF still not allowed and if not why? Also can I get all the upload rules so my heads wont be refunded

iEra Upload Rules:
CUSTOMS IN GENERAL:
Please do not upload any custom that does not adhere to the following rules:
-Any custom head currently used by a staff member, is not allowed for player use to avoid confusion/impersonation issues by other players.
-Any images that may be deemed racist or offensive against a player(s) or real life individuals
-No translucent, invisible, or small heads and bodies
-No heads or bodies that only show outlines
-No images which may disturb game play such as flashing shields, gore or violent-glowing shields, shields that cover more than ½ of the player
-No flashing images, this also means no blinking hats
-No customs which have different colors in different frames
-Do not upload customs which are significantly larger or smaller than the templates
-No customs which make you appear invisible on certain grounds (such as grass-looking bodies/heads)
-No heads with hats, including glasses
-No images that are pictures of real life people or real life animals
-No customs that are copyrighted such as Pokemon heads/bodies
-Nothing with drug pictures, logos, etc.
-If we sell a bow, bandana, etc. in a game shop, these will not be approved on custom heads
-We do allow customs with a weapon provided it is NOT a weapon that is sold in Era

HEADS:
-We do allow animations on the eyes; however there should be no other animations on the head
-Some heads come in with a small bandana which is acceptable as long as it doesn’t cover the entire head
-Heads should not change colors in the frames and thus appear animated in the game
Heads we do not allow:
-Meme heads
-Heads with hats such as gasmasks or other hats similar to what we sell in iEra
-Donut, sandwich, burger - food heads in general do not go with the iEra theme
-Moving heads, flashing heads
-Gummybear heads
-No real-life pictures
-Heads with glasses

BODIES:
We do not allow any body animations! And just like heads, we do not allow bodies that change colors in different frames which cause it to appear animated in game.
Bodies we do not allow:
-Blob bodies
-Gummybear bodies
-Bunny bodies
-Donut or other food bodies
-Ghost bodies
-Bodies with weapons attached similar to any that we sell in iEra
-Mermaid bodies or other bodies without two legs that do not work within the Era player movement ganis

SHIELDS:
We do not accept shields which cover/hide/replace parts of the head or body or shields which show up as hats, heads or bodies. We also do not permit shields that include the head or likeliness of any staff member or shields that are the same size as a player or could cover another player. We do allow shield animations, but they should not disturb the gameplay in any way!
Shield max size = width < 512 and height < 128
-Do not attempt to upload shields with small numbers strategically placed towards the bottom for scamming purposes, this will result in a ban from uploading.

GANG PICTURES:
-Most pictures are acceptable as long as they do not include images or content which is vulgar or offensive towards someone else or otherwise inappropriate in general.
We do allow:
- Copyrighted stuff
We do not allow:
- Racism in pictures
- Any pictures of real-life people or animals
- Images or words that are offensive or slanderous towards another player or staff
- Pictures with sexual content
- Any pictures with anything drug-relates
Any player who uploads gang pics with vulgar or sexual content will receive an immediate warning and if they submit something inappropriate again, they are at risk of losing their gang as punishment.

Please visit Era News at Start Park for additional information on uploading and refunding customs. If you do upload a custom and decide you don’t like it, you are able to refund the item for your full purchase price IF you do this within 1 hour timeframe of when you submitted the upload. After 1 hour you will receive 1/2 of your original purchase price if you choose to refund a custom.

if you submit something that is against the rules and by chance it is approved in error by staff, this does not mean you get to keep the upload. Any customs, shields, gangpics that are uploaded but do not meet these rules are subject to deletion irregardless of how long they have been used in-game.

Answering your question, You can only add small animations to the eyes (possibly the mouth as there's various players with the smile animation), but nothing else.

My head was refunded for having a smoke GIF I just want to check if its still banned or not because the rules change a lot.

Can't remember exactly what's wrong with it, but it's been illegal for quite some time and stuffing around with the rules is annoying and pointless.
