In fact, can you just make the melee non tradable?

That's the idea, which is why I want to make sure people aren't just saying butterfly knife because they think they'll be able to trade/ sell it

But butterfly knives are cooler, and why not make it heal. i honestly could care less if the butterfly knife couldnt get any skins. Also, whatever gun is selected, give it a cool Christmas themed skin.

Because the present guns don't give any benefits so neither is the melees. The christmas theme for it is purely to differentiate the item from its tradeable counterpart.
As guns cannot be traded at all, it's not as big of a deal what gun is chosen
