Bit of an exaggeration.
Recharging ammo isn't a straight nerf, it also buffs the gun in some aspects.

If you tap fire it means you will never run out of ammo if you are running low. Recharging ammo also removes the high reload time it currently has so you will never have to experience that again. Recharging ammo also means at max ammo your clip would be more like 40-45 from full ammo to empty as the gun recharges bullets as you are firing.

It just means that you have to think more about when you choose to spray so that you dont just hold shoot without consequence and eliminates the frequency you see of people standing in a base choke point spamming bullet lines consistently

And isn't it ironic that you actually have chemical gun, and now you're asking for a cap? If you ask me, you're just another guy who's trying to keep chemical rare again. It's not happening.
