The explosive effect was always the problem,if it was made a 50% chance or less like the flame effect was for flamethrower it wouldn't be complained about as much.
In the form it is right now,it isn't justifiable in the slightest for 200 ec.
I don't think it matters now though,but at least make it a reasonable nerf,not outright making it unviable in the meta.

I'd like a refund on my EC. It's not worth the 200.
People said the same after the bar nerf. Chem was extremely unbalanced prior to the nerf, everyone can agree on that.

Nerfs are a regular occurrence in many games, not sure why you seem so surprised it would happen to a game like Graal where player pvp is a major aspect of the game. They usually happen due to a mistake in the initial creation of the item or a realisation of just how unbalanced it really is. In retrospect as an owner of the overpowered chem, I can completely understand why you're frustrated. Unfortunately, for the sake of the game this was the right thing to do. Weapon refunds never happened, and probably will not ever happen. Unless you make your statement extremely justifiable which currently it is not.
