If you guys don't actually understand the situation, please don't go falsely accusing other players for Midnight's mistakes. Midnight willingly gave up leadership to Viper. Viper has proof to back all of this up.
Don't believe what I just said? Have someone check the logs of Grim's ownership and you will see that the gang was passed from Pot to Midnight and then from Midnight to Viper.
I believe the case with Julius and Obsidian was slightly different to this current one as the new gang rewards were not implemented at the time.

Maybe about the transferring ldrship thing i missed during sleep as i said last one i have seen it was pot thats why i said pot who gave the ldrship
whatever about prizes should not be under the command on the new ldrship we been already working on it and the ids is ready to be given i say MidnightGR should have the hand on the melee prizes since he is the one who earned the hours and to prevent the prizes to be abused by the new leadership
