Warns matters in every position you're applying for.
If you were a really talented LATer but if you also have around 50-75 warns, it'd require some time to think twice. If your warns are recent, it'd be an instant no for me. If they are about 2-3 years old and you haven't been warned since then, in this case we can try and see of an hiring possibility.
Again, hirings aren't done by one staff, so even if your warns are kinda old, you could still get a no.
