The fact that players can explot diplomacy with other gangs is their intellectual benefit. They are wise enough to make friends to assist them in basing, shouldn't they get the credits?
As you've said, bases should be earned by fighting for it. So if you want tachi, then fight for it. If I'm not wrong you Grim lost the base because of thee GrimObs warfare that lasted so long I think they can publish their own history books already.

Let me tell you how grim lost war grim was attacked by all gangs while chems where allowed we had no chems while ds had tons and tho obs and the rest of the gangs had some chems and yet it was hard to take us coz we are legit hence , you need to thank god that chems where allowed that time
And about making peaces to get benefits of it ok but current gangs peaces all the maps so when ever one of them get attacked u will find 3 gangs at least helping this gang and when i talked about non legit gangs those who fully depends on peace gangs to secure their base every time they lose it so basically new gangs got 0 chance to start basing coz of the peace and campaign in one base and if you said there is new gangs in era right now basing without mentioning names
They are just a branches of another gang you will find that they are the same basers just under new gang name so the system i suggested up will break this issues and will give more chance to new gangs to start basing
And a small request try to keep the discussion general without mentioning gangs names and point to a specific gangs thanks.

I'm doubtful the already established basing system would be reworked, and if it was that could be fun, but could be disappointing to some. Introducing more unique bases could help new gangs establish somewhat, but also brings the possibility of old gangs taking over. I don't think there's an easy solution, at all. Usually the formula for old gangs is complete their hours, then move onto a new gang (as seen by obsidian and iFreeze) basically, I assume for more rewards.
Simply put. The system in place works IMO. The issue comes from finding good players who aren't already loyal to a well know gang, who will take a risk on a new gang, and who want to put in the lead effort to take a small fry gang and make it something self sustaining. So the question shouldn't be "how do we fix a broken system", but rather "how can we even the playing field between a large gang (recruit with ease, active sub gang, kik communication, has allies) and the small guy (people aren't as eager to join, doesn't get assistance from other gangs). One radical possibility I see is restructuring the amount of people allowed in a gang and nerf sub-gangs; this would never fly though with the community so consider it just an example of what I mean.
True maybe no more sub gangs that would help a lot just imagine there is no subs so we are talking about a limit members that a gang can have 25 members peace gangs can still be there but wont be effective much it will make the gangs thats basing depend more on themselves .... coz subs actually where most peace gangs members joins so they auto tag sub tag and help base.

Only 2? I think more as i heard its a bigger or same size as current mapstill the branch gangs will go there base and get the help from main gang and peace gangs still wont change anything. It will just allow more branch gangs to go there.
