Apply a similar system to spar complex problem solved about base its meant to be heavy fight always since the beginning if u think that your nerfs will actually help your wrong still 1 vs 5 in a base wont help
People pays money to get the same status that are listed in game don't forget that bar got a nerf and most of the guns u listed already gotten nerfed
And of curse people care about the gun they use because they paid for it you might not know how it took people a month or more working to get bar hence sam you got it for free for sure u dont know how worthy guns is to players specially the ones they always use and how hard people worked to get it
Find a new solutions. If u want a skills perhaps u sam have the time to apply your ideas in the upcoming county side such as making a new way to base in county side basses that focuses more on skills/combat and maybe make a spar complex building there in the new county side and make it works like u want focusing on skills/ combat it would be waste of time applying that coz there is something called mpx already for combat/skills.
