Therefore, If ANY ITEM in them game is changed, that can be classed as an "Eventual Error", so You have no warranty on the Items.
Furthermore, how would you prove that the money you spent for Gralats was used for the gun? The gralats can be earned in game, not just via In-app purchases so there's another barrier you have to get around.

Pretty much, As Iera is a part of GraalOnline you agreed to these terms and conditions upon downloading the game (I assume).
What the above text states is that
You're not covered by any changes to components of the game AKA the EU customer Legislation or the american alternative.

I'm not going to be the lawyer for Graal but I'm just pointing the things we ignore everyday.
