They always release new gear without re-balancing everything, good thing it happened now rather than later

They did not release anything new he just nerfed the guns that had no problem. The same people who have trouble wining will still have trouble winning. They do not apply the same effort to the game period. The psg has been auto since it came out. Bitzsam hardly plays this game an he's making significant changes to it.

A copy of the Graal's Terms and Conditions:

1.1. GRAAL does not warrant that the content, the instruments and materials used and offered in its site are precisely updated or complete, and is not liable for damages caused by eventual errors of content or failures of equipment.

Therefore, If ANY ITEM in them game is changed, that can be classed as an "Eventual Error", so You have no warranty on the Items.
Furthermore, how would you prove that the money you spent for Gralats was used for the gun? The gralats can be earned in game, not just via In-app purchases so there's another barrier you have to get around.

Now for anyone with a Banned account:
Any GraalOnline administrator and LINUX Cyberjoueurs reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes generally accepted standards of online behavior and may, without notice and at any time, suspend or terminate your access to the Graal Online System.

This is why if your account gets Perma-banned, you can't "Sue". Just thought I'd throw that into there.
Now for the part relating to items:

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cyberjoueur, its licensees and subcontractors do not warrant any connection to, transmission over, nor results or use of, any network connection or facilities provided (or failed to be provided) through the Graal Online system. User is responsible for assessing its own computer and transmission network needs, and the results to be obtained there from. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE PROGRAM, ALL SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTED BY THE GRAAL ONLINE WEBSITE, AND THE INTERNET ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE PROGRAM AND ALL SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTED BY THE GRAAL ONLINE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LEGALLY INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION. LINUX CYBERJOUEURS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, AND THOSE ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, WITH RESPECT TO THE LINUX CYBERJOUEURS SYSTEM, ALL SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTED BY CYBERJOUEUR, AND THE INTERNET. LINUX CYBERJOUEURS ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY THE USER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA FROM DELAYS, NON DELIVERIES, ERRORS, SYSTEM DOWN TIME, MIS DELIVERIES OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF CYBERJOUEUR, ITS LICENSORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS, OR USER'S OWN ERRORS AND/OR OMISSIONS.

Pretty much, As Iera is a part of GraalOnline you agreed to these terms and conditions upon downloading the game (I assume).
What the above text states is that You're not covered by any changes to components of the game AKA the EU customer Legislation or the american alternative.
The main part of the User Agreement is highlighted in Yellow.
I'm not going to be the lawyer for Graal but I'm just pointing the things we ignore everyday.

    User Agreement: http://www.graalonline.com/docs/agreement
    Code of Conduct: http://www.graalonline.com/docs/conduct?page=1

As I stated above, It'd be pretty stupid to try and sue as well, It's a game.
    Anyway /closethread
I have never agreed to those terms and or conditions. Neither has anyone else that plays on mobile devices.
As for the OPs question not sure if it's false advertisement or not that would be up to a small claims court judge.

You had to agree to the terms of service. You possibly just didn't read it. Nobody really reads those anymore and just scrolls past it which isn't a good idea.

Don't spend money on games. It's simple as that.
Because if you want to go as far as a lawsuit, you need to reconsider about your life.

Nope never agreed to any TOS with the owners/operators of era or any other grall game as I only play on mobile. If they think just posting something on a random website is a customer agreeing to a TOS maybe they need a better legal team.
